Facing up to debt

Debt can be a real burden if you are struggling to keep up with repayments. A change in circumstances such as losing your job or reduction in benefits; or unexpected expenses meaning you miss a month’s credit repayments are some of the ways that debt racks up and becomes unmanageable.

If you can’t manage your money and are struggling to meet your expenses, don’t ignore it and hope it all goes away. Ignoring your debt will only make things worse and get out of control.
