Applying for The Bee Bus Ticket Repayment Plan
There are a few things you should have ready to be able to complete your loan application.
Before you start you should have ready…
Your bank account sort code and account number plus the log in details for your online banking
Your National Insurance Number
Details of income and expenditure, plus the balances of any other loans, credit cards, store cards or other credit you might have
To make an assessment of your application we will need to verify this information.
Have you checked eligibility and affordability?
Please note that a successful application is subject to eligibility assessment and affordability check. You should only take out this plan if you are certain you can afford the repayments.
Remember, if approved, we will contact you to make the first repayment immediately. Please make sure you have sufficient funds to make the first payment. The Bus Ticket will not be issued until the first repayment is made.

Data Sharing
Please be aware that the credit union will share your details with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) in order to complete the Bee Bus Ticket fulfilment.
The data that will be shared is:
· Full name
· Date of birth
· Full address and postcode
· Email address
· Loan reference number
By agreeing to this loan you agree for the above data to be shared with TfGM.
Terms & Conditions
Along with the Ticket terms of conditions outlined within the loan agreement, you must also adhere to the Bee Network Bus conditions of carriage which can be found here.
Cancelling the Ticket
If you no longer wish to use the ticket you may cancel it by following this process:
- Contact the credit union with your intention to cancel the ticket and loan
- The credit union will inform TfGM to cancel the ticket
The ticket will be cancelled and no longer active within two working days of the credit union notifying TfGM.
